Payment Policy
The following payment policies govern all transactions within the Lucknow Bar Association, Lucknow:
- Membership Fees: All advocates must pay their annual membership fees promptly, as outlined in the membership guidelines.
- Event Fees: Fees for events, workshops, or seminars hosted by LBA should be paid at the time of registration. No spot registrations will be accepted unless specified.
- Payment Methods: Payments should be made via the official online portal, bank transfer, or as per the payment methods specified during event registration or membership renewal.
- Refund Policy: Payments for events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the LBA. Refunds for membership fees will be subject to approval based on specific circumstances.
